The second one is a monthly list. make this list at the end of the month and write down tasks that you need to be done in the next month.
The third one is a weekly list prepare before the week starts and as usual note down tasks that you need to do for that week.
And the fourth one is the daily list. Prepare before night and put the tasks for the next day.
You can be flexible and change as needed.
But remember one thing, following the lists helps us focus on the tasks that move us towards our goals.
